What we collect
- Account: your name, email address (if provided) and profile ID from Google or Facebook sign-in, and a unique account ID.
- Profile: the display name and playing level you choose.
- Location: with your permission, your phone's location is used to find your area. We store only a rounded location cell (about 150 meters) on your profile, not your exact position. Other people see your neighborhood and a rounded distance, never your exact location. When you add a court, the court's exact position is saved because courts are public places.
- Content you create: games you host or join, game chat messages, clubs you start or join (including club logos and club chat messages), your chosen cartoon character, Chika posts and replies, trade posts and photos, check-ins at courts, ratings and comments, reports.
- Technical data: the app uses Google Firebase, which may process device and diagnostic information needed to run the service.
How we use it
To show games, courts and trades near you; to let you chat and organize games; to show ratings that help people trust each other; to keep the community safe (reports and blocking); and to run and improve the app.
What other people can see
Your display name, level, ratings and comments you received, the games you host or join (names on rosters), the clubs you start or join (your name appears in the member list), your Chika posts and replies, events you organize (shown with your display name), your trade posts, and your check-in while it is active. Game chat is visible to people on that game's roster. Trade chats are visible to the two people in the chat.
Payments
The app does not process payments. Court-fee shares are paid between players outside the app (for example cash or GCash). We do not see or store payment details.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Your data is stored and processed by Google (Firebase) on our behalf. If you sign in with Facebook, Facebook provides us your name, email and ID under its own terms; we do not post to your Facebook account. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect people's safety.
Keeping and deleting your data
You can delete your account in the app (Me → Settings → Delete account). This deletes your profile, your trade posts and photos, your Chika posts, the clubs you started, your club memberships, your check-in, and the upcoming games you host, and removes you from upcoming games you joined. Messages, Chika replies and ratings you sent to other people, and past game rosters, may remain so that other people's history stays accurate. To request full removal, email webjipkorea@gmail.com. Children
Dula Ta is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Safety
You can report or block any user. Do not share sensitive personal information in chats. Meet in public places such as courts.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
